Cardiac Device Specialist

To improve patient care and outcomes for those with CIED devices, the full-time Cardiac Device Specialist will manage patient connections, perform diagnostic evaluations, and report on device functions while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage patient connection and assist with troubleshooting transmissions Perform accurate evaluation, diagnostic analysis, and reporting of device data Discuss strategies for managing abnormal findings and ensure HIPAA compliance Required qualifications Recent experience in cardiac device management Experience with major CIED vendors such as Medtronic, Boston Scientific, and Abbott/St. Jude Preferred certification: CCT, RCES, IBHRE, CRAT, CCDS, CEPS, or CDRMS Strong technical and computer skills Able to work effectively in a remote role during traditional business hours
