A local well respected mechanical contractor in the Seattle Metro Area is looking for a motivated individual to bring their mechanical experience to a growing dynamic team as an HVAC Project Manager. Ideally, they are looking for someone who enjoys working as a team, has a good attitude and a willingness to work hard. This fast-paced job gives you the opportunity to oversee projects from inception to completion.

Overall, as a HVAC Project Manager, you would be responsible for ensuring that HVAC projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders involved.
Compensation: $125,000 - $140,000 + Excellent Benefits

- Developing and managing project budgets, timelines, and schedules
- Coordinating with contractors and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time and within budget
- Conducting site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality of work
- Preparing project status reports and communicating progress to stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Supervising project team members and providing guidance and support as needed
- Identifying and addressing project risks and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies
- Conducting project closeout activities, including documentation and handover to the client
