Maintenance Support Technician I (Multi-Site) Shoot Smart – Fort Worth Area Position Overview Shoot Smart is seeking a Facilities Support Technician to assist with general maintenance operations across multiple indoor shooting range locations. This entry‑level position supports facility upkeep, preventative maintenance activities, and basic repairs to help maintain safe and reliable operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build hands‑on experience in facilities maintenance while working across a variety of building systems and environments. What You’ll Do Perform general facility maintenance and basic repairs across multiple locations. Complete preventative maintenance tasks and scheduled inspections. Assist with facility upkeep, cleaning, organization, and work area maintenance. Respond to work orders and service requests as assigned. Support repairs involving facility equipment, fixtures, and infrastructure. Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition. Document completed work using the company CMMS system. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. May assist with: Basic HVAC maintenance and filter replacement. Minor plumbing repairs General mechanical repairs Grounds and facility upkeep Brass and lead reclamation support activities What We’re Looking For 0–2 years of maintenance, construction, or related experience preferred. Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Comfortable using hand and power tools. Strong work ethic and reliability. Ability to follow direction and complete assigned tasks independently. Good communication and organizational skills. Experience using CMMS software is a plus. Valid driver’s license required. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work for extended periods. Ability to safely operate maintenance tools and equipment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
