About This Position

• Collaborative, team-oriented group setting that fosters strong peer support and shared clinical insight
• Predictable Monday?Friday schedule with standard office hours, promoting excellent work-life balance
• Light call schedule (1:28 rotation), allowing for minimal disruption to personal time
• Manageable patient volume of 16?18 per day, enabling meaningful patient interactions and high-quality care
• $25,000 sign-on bonus to welcome you to the team and support your transition

Compensation/Benefits

• 2-Year Guarantee ($250K-$265K), productivity-driven, and based on WRVUs with obtainable bonus incentives
• Full Benefits including health and dental for the family, long-term and short-term disability, life insurance, 403B retirement plan, 457 retirement plan, profit-pension retirement plan, malpractice insurance (retroactive & tail)
• 10 days CME, $7,000 for CME expenses and dues/subscriptions
• Up to $15k in moving expenses.
