Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Import Specialist II will process and integrate customer data, serve as a liaison for customer service, and prepare documentation for import customs clearance while maintaining compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities Serve as the customer service liaison, resolving issues related to billing and shipment tracking Prepare documents for customs clearance and ensure compliance with U.S. government regulations Track and trace shipments while maintaining communication with customers, carriers, and vendors Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in customs brokerage Previous logistics experience Proficiency in Microsoft 365
