Senior Civil Engineer
Liberty Personnel Services, Inc.
A growing engineering firm is seeking experienced Civil Engineering Project Managers to lead site development projects from proposal through construction. This is a client-facing role overseeing project teams, budgets, schedules, design, permitting, and overall project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects, schedules, budgets, scopes, and project teams
- Serve as primary client contact and support business development
- Oversee site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater, erosion control, and utilities
- Coordinate with municipalities, regulatory agencies, and consultants
- Review plans, calculations, specifications, and technical documents
- Mentor junior engineers and designers
- Serve as Engineer of Record on assigned projects
Requirements
- 8+ years of civil engineering experience , including 3+ years in project management
- Active North Carolina PE license required
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Strong site development and permitting experience
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology/hydraulic software
- Strong client management, communication, and organizational skills
- NC/SC municipal and regulatory experience preferred
