You will play a crucial role in ensuring the protection of personal and physical assets through the extension of an equipment's lifecycle through triage, testing, repair, and maintenance activities. Lead a team of equipment technicians tasked with equipment testing and maintenance activities Collaborate with the program's supply chain and government property management teams to ensure equipment is tracked and services procured as needed to support the lifecycle of assigned equipment Drive throughout and efficiency for the team through the development of processes, cross-training, and metrics Utilize technical skills to meet contractual product lifecycle requirements for telecommunications, security, and other technology productsProvides guidance for the analysis, maintenance and modification of complex equipment systems to meet operations standards Provides guidance regarding equipment and systems usage Provides guidance to the team for the testing, adjusting, and troubleshooting of hardware equipmentWhat You'll Need To SucceedBring your equipment usage, triage, and testing expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
