Their 100+ provider team is looking for additional BE/BC Otolaryngologists to join their organization for lucrative earning potentials, built in support, and autonomy in scope of practice.

Position:

• 4 day work week with no nights/call. • Bread and butter ENT practice with mentorship onsite. • $580,000-$654,000 base salary + quality and wRVU opportunities in addition. • Dedicated APP and medical assistant per provider. • EPIC EMR and upcoming surgical suite next to hospital. • Up to $100,000 sign on bonus and $200,000+ in student loan repayment. • Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, malpractice insurance, 8+weeks PTO, 401k, etc.
