Aegis Worldwide Industrial Manufacturing Operations Supervisor

Compensation: $80,000 - 95,000

Openings: 2nd & 3rd shift

A day in this role

Your shift begins with a quick floor walk. Machines hum, work-in-process is queued, and a crew of 10–15 operators gathers for a safety huddle you lead. You outline the production targets, check staffing, and align resources to keep quality high and output steady. Throughout the shift, you coach team members, jump in to troubleshoot bottlenecks, and use HRIS tools to confirm time entries, track PTO, and record performance notes or corrective actions. By the end of the night, your team has met schedule, held the line on quality, and gone home safe—because you set the tone.

What you’ll do

• Direct and support a team of 10–15 production employees to consistently achieve production goals, meet quality standards, and uphold safety expectations.
• Plan staffing and organize daily production activities while cultivating a positive, productive environment.
• Train, coach, and develop employees and key production personnel to elevate performance and drive operational effectiveness.
• Leverage HRIS to manage timekeeping, PTO tracking, and document performance as well as disciplinary actions.
• Provide clear communication, hands-on leadership, and technical guidance; quickly address issues that could impact throughput, quality, or safety.

Must haves

• 3+ years of production leadership experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment (not food&bev, pharma, or med device).
