BartenderNumber one duty is to be the warm, welcoming face of the company. You will need to be a proficient mixologist capable of executing orders quickly and proficiently. Bartenders are the ambassadors of the restaurant. Their warm and approachable demeanor is essential to the success of any restaurant. Responsibilities:To greet customers creating a welcoming atmosphereProficient at mixing cocktails with speed and accuracyMaintain a clean and safe work environment as well as composure during busy hoursMemorize ingredients to various drinksStock and restock line items as needed on and off peak hoursProficient with POS system and LBW knowledgeSuggest LBW pairings for menu items Working with Bar Manager and General Manager on product developmentAdhere to proper Cash Handling ProceduresRequirements: Must be able to lift up to 160 poundsMay need to climb ladder up to 4 feetMust wear non-slip footwearMaintain your uniform as well as other employeesBe able to communicate effectively in EnglishBenefits:A fun, energetic, professional work environmentGrowth opportunitiesOpportunity to interact with teams and improve skills in a fast-paced business
