The company is looking to add new Customer Service Representatives to work with the customer-facing sales team. With recent market growth, our representatives have been in high demand! Responsibilities Work in client retailers to provide in-person customer service to customers Promote and advertise client products and services using up-to-date marketing materials Help to escalation product issues and problem-solve Retain and upsell current customers using updated client promotions and sales Perks and Benefits Travel opportunities across the United States Company Rest and Relaxation trip (international trip earned with a qualifying promotion within the company) Consistent networking events with top leaders in the industry Management opportunities following structured merit-based promotions Compensation Base: This role offers a guaranteed weekly hourly base pay.
