Chemical Laboratory Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, hands-on supervisor that oversees the daily operations of chemical processing in Crystal Manufacturing Laboratories. This role ensures laboratory activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory and quality standards. The supervisor manages laboratory personnel, maintains analytical equipment, reviews test results, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures accurate reporting while meeting production deadlines.

salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Lab Operations
 Supervise daily laboratory testing and analytical activities
 Schedule and prioritize laboratory workload to meet turnaround times
 Manage laboratory supply inventory
 Produce various chemical solutions to support production requirements
 Ensure compliance with laboratory procedures, SOP’s, and quality systems
 Monitor laboratory productivity and workflow efficiency
 Recommend equipment purchases and laboratory upgrades
Personnel Management
 Supervise, mentor, and train laboratory technicians
 Promote teamwork and a culture of accountability

The essential functions of this role include:
