We are seeking a hands-on Quality Inspector to help ensure fabricated metal parts meet quality requirements. You will work closely with production employees, identify concerns early, and support accurate, consistent manufacturing.

What you’ll do:
• Perform receiving inspections of materials, hardware, and parts returning from outside processing.
• Conduct setup and in-process inspections to verify parts meet applicable requirements.
• Use inspection equipment to measure parts and document results.
• Communicate quality concerns clearly and promptly to production personnel.
• Assist with quality documentation and maintain accurate inspection records.
• Conduct scheduled audits and report findings to quality leadership.
• Participate in Material Review Board meetings concerning nonconforming material.
• Help train production employees on quality requirements and Quality Management System procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in the quality field.
• Ability to use inspection and measuring equipment.
• Knowledge of creating and operating Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) programs.
• Ability to follow quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with production personnel.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to perform the position’s essential duties, including lifting up to 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
