Cook Position Summary Dumplin’s Cooks are responsible for all aspects of Kitchen production; working well with the Kitchen Team they oversee and ensuring the variety and quality of each meal proudly served at Dumplin’s Bistro & Bakery. Requirements / Qualifications Full Service Restaurant Cooking experience preferred. ServSafe certification preferred. Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management. Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress. Outstanding communication and leadership skills. Current knowledge of culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes. Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures. Accuracy and speed in executing tasks. Familiar with industry’s best practices. Ability to work on your feet for 8 or more hours a day. Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.
