Key Responsibilities Lead from the front by actively engaging customers and closing high-ticket furniture sales. Ensure all customer quotes and follow-ups are completed promptly, including same-day quote delivery. Drive showroom sales goals and maximize revenue opportunities. Team Management Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a successful sales team. Monitor team performance, close rates, and customer service standards. Foster a positive, accountable, and performance-driven culture. Operations & Showroom Management Oversee day-to-day store operations, inventory, freight, and stocking activities. Manage a $2M+ P&L while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability. Ensure the showroom remains clean, organized, visually appealing, and customer-ready at all times. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of management experience in a furniture retail environment. 3+ years leading and supervising teams of 3 or more employees. Proven success in high-ticket retail sales and customer relationship management. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
