Direct Hire
Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000
Location Mesquite, TX
Onsite, Monday through Friday and OT

As Warehouse Manager, you will oversee all facets of our materials and warehouse activities—from inventory management and logistics to supplier coordination and staff supervision. Your strategic insight and operational expertise will help ensure seamless workflow, optimal production schedules, and top-tier customer service, driving the success of one of the industry’s most exciting organizations.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 6 years in materials or warehouse management
• Proven ability to develop and implement process improvements
• Strong knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance measurement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Demonstrated leadership managing at least 25 direct and indirect reports
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and independent worker under pressure

Nice to Have Skills:

• Belted in lean principles such as Kaizen, Kanban, 5S, Six Sigma, and 5 Why techniques
• Experience in change management and creating standard operating procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Equivalent education and hands-on experience will also be considered

Other Requirements:

• Deep understanding of safety regulations; ability to interpret policies and enforce safety standards
• Ability to operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely
• Willingness to handle physical tasks such as lifting and climbing as required
