We are thrilled to present a remarkable opportunity to become part of a growing heart failure program, allowing you the flexibility to tailor your practice according to your interests. This role can be dedicated solely to heart failure or can integrate general cardiology, based on your desired practice blend.

Position Highlights

• Work schedule from Monday to Friday

• No on-call responsibilities for hospitals

• Focus on either heart failure or a combination of heart failure and general cardiology

• Manage outpatient heart failure cases and conduct inpatient rounds

• Opportunity to contribute to the development and expansion of the heart failure clinic and inpatient services

• Implementation of CardioMEMS is planned

• Join an established cardiovascular program with a robust referral network

• Collaborative environment working alongside cardiologists, advanced practice providers, and cardiovascular specialists

• Potential to create and enhance additional heart failure services over time

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease

• Preferred advanced training in Heart Failure

• Experience in heart failure is preferred; however, candidates with a strong passion for heart failure are encouraged to apply

• Interest in program development, clinical advancement, and collaborative patient care is essential

Our Heart Center performs the highest number of cardiac procedures in Brevard County and provides all-private patient rooms. We are also home to the only state-accredited Level II Trauma Center in the region, offering 24/7 trauma care and swift transport via First Flight aeromedical helicopter.

The medical center provides a wide array of advanced services, including robotics-assisted surgeries, sophisticated orthopedic procedures, comprehensive stroke care, and Interventional Neuroradiology. As a designated Primary Stroke Center, we are dedicated to prompt evaluation and treatment, having received the American Stroke Association's Get With The Guidelines Gold Award.
