Responsibilities Coordinate event logistics, timelines, and schedules to ensure seamless execution. Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to meet project goals. Manage budgets, contracts, and post-event evaluations. Assist in the development of event concepts, layouts, and guest experiences. Supervise event setup, on-site operations, and breakdown. Maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders before, during, and after each event. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Creative problem-solving and project management skills.
