Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients in the ICU, including hemodynamic status, ventilator support, and vasoactive medication administration
- Administer prescribed medications and interventions, ensuring correct dosing, timing, and documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Perform accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatments, response to therapy, and outcomes in the patient record
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge planning
- Maintain adherence to infection control, safety, and quality improvement standards to support positive patient outcomes

Requirements
- Active RN license in Georgia or eligibility for licensure by endorsement
- ICU/university-level critical care competence or demonstrated ability to work effectively in an ICU environment
- Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts in a high-acuity setting
- Willingness to commit to a 13-week travel assignment
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen as required for assignment
