WHY PHYSIO PERFORMANCE?

You won't be seeing patients every 15 minutes or handing out the same exercise sheet to everyone. You'll have 45-minute, one-on-one appointments where you can actually evaluate, treat, educate, and coach. Manual therapy Movement analysis Return-to-sport programming Whole-body movement assessment And you'll have access to a fully equipped performance space with barbells, kettlebells, squat racks, Pilates Reformers, and more. We believe strength belongs in physical therapy.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

We treat a mix of active adults, athletes, and youth throughout Tacoma and the South Sound. You'll work with patients who want to get back to running, lifting, competing, playing, and living without limitations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports-related conditions Develop individualized plans of care Use manual therapy and exercise to drive meaningful outcomes Coach strength and movement during PT sessions Possibility to coach 2-3 small-group strength classes per week Participate in mentorship, case discussions, and continuing education Continue developing your clinical reasoning and expertise
