Proposal Development & Management

• Coordinate development of proposals, statements of qualifications, and interview presentations from kickoff through submission
• Review solicitations, develop proposal schedules and outlines, and manage compliance requirements
• Collaborate with technical staff, project managers, and subconsultants to develop compelling, client-focused content
• Edit, format, and produce proposal materials in accordance with HDR's quality and brand standards

• Coordinate proposal reviews, incorporate feedback, and manage final production and submission

Business Development & Pursuit Support

• Support capture planning, positioning, and development of win strategies and key messages
• Support client development planning by coordinating meetings, documenting discussions and action items, and tracking follow-up activities
• Coordinate go/no-go processes and track pursuit activities and milestones

• Support interview preparation, including presentation development and rehearsal coordination

Marketing Information & Systems

• Maintain accurate project descriptions, staff resumes, and qualifications in marketing databases
• Manage pursuit and opportunity information in CRM and other business development systems
• Organize and maintain proposal archives, marketing resources, and reusable content

• Marketing Operations & Quality

• Manage multiple concurrent assignments, priorities, and deadlines
• Apply established quality control procedures to marketing deliverables

• Utilize marketing technology and collaboration tools to improve efficiency and consistency

Additional Marketing Responsibilities

• Develop marketing collateral, presentations, and other business development materials
• Contribute to social media and digital marketing initiatives based on interest and opportunities

• Support conference participation, sponsorships, and other marketing activities as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard approach to procurement of professional services

Required Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign
