Global Head of Employee Experience & Corporate Communications

Takeda Pharmaceuticals

Takeda is seeking a VP of global employee engagement and corporate communications to lead internal strategy, unify culture and drive transformation communications from Boston, MA. This role requires directing internal engagement across the enterprise and advising senior leadership on communication frameworks. You will oversee a team of 10+ professionals and coordinate with HR, Legal, Communications, and Governance to support major change initiatives in a global, healthcare-biopharma environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
