Registered Nurse Emergency Department Travel

Provides direct nursing care in emergency departments across multiple facilities, following established policies and protocols. Responsible for implementing, monitoring, and documenting patient care plans, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and managing patient discharge planning with the healthcare team. Responsibilities Assess and deliver patient care based on physician and nursing orders. Coordinate care activities and ensure proper documentation. Assist in discharge planning to support seamless patient transitions. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) license with a valid license relevant to the assignment location. Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months; BLS certification within 1 month. One year of RN experience in an acute care setting required. Preferred Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification. Diploma from an accredited nursing school. Key Attributes Strong clinical skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent coordination and communication abilities.
