Relativity is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to deliver expert assistance to a mix of technical and non-technical customers. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug complex software and networked systems, with frequent phone and email interactions.
You will create and close tickets in Salesforce, inform management of issues, and coordinate with senior teams to resolve incidents. The overnight shift (11:00 PM–8:00 AM CST) is part of the role and may include compensation
