Therapy - Physical Therapist Therapy Browning, Montana Travel

Location: Browning, MT | Skilled Nursing Facility / Long Term Care

Schedule / Job Type: Contract | PRN | Days | Approximately twice per month (every 2 weeks)

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Monitor and document patient progress toward established goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Montana or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current CPR/BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience in a SNF or long-term care environment
• Familiarity with MDS and Medicare documentation requirements
• Ability to work independently in a PRN capacity with minimal supervision
