Raw Material Driver (Cement Transport Driver) Beaver Lake Concrete, Inc. – Jane, MO Beaver Lake Concrete is looking for a safety-focused, dependable Class A CDL Driver to join our team. We are located in Jane, MO but residency is acceptable along the transportation route. As a Raw Material Driver, you will transport cement and other raw materials to designated locations while ensuring safe, timely, and professional delivery. This position plays a critical role in supporting our ready‑mix and construction operations. What You’ll Do Safely operate a tractor‑trailer to transport cement and raw materials. Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and report maintenance concerns. Load, transport, and unload materials safely and efficiently. Ensure proper weight distribution and load securement. Maintain accurate DOT and company records. Keep equipment clean and in safe operating condition. Provide outstanding customer service at delivery locations. Assist with yard and plant operations as needed. What We’re Looking For Valid CDL Class A license. Acceptable driving record. Ability to pass DOT physical and drug/alcohol screening. Commitment to safety and compliance. Ability to work independently and follow directions. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds. Frequent climbing, walking, and entering/exiting truck cabs. Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, humid, and other outdoor conditions.
