The Marketing Director will lead and execute a balanced marketing approach across several dealerships within one region. This role requires strategic oversight of marketing initiatives, strong leadership of an in-house marketing team, and effective management of budgets to maximize reach and impact. This is not a remote position, office is based in Jackson, WI. Occasional travel is expected to support dealership activities and regional marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for multiple dealerships
- Lead and mentor the in-house marketing team to achieve business objectives
- Oversee marketing budgets ensuring cost-effective campaign execution
- Drive digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and sales
- Collaborate with sales and dealership management to align marketing efforts
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Coordinate occasional travel to support regional marketing campaigns
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing management
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Expertise in digital marketing and market research
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proven strategic planning capabilities
