Bilingual Leasing Agent

Position: Bilingual Leasing Agent Location: Orlando, FL Pay: $20/hour Experience: 6 months of leasing experience is required. Type: Full-time; Temporary Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift HH Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Agent to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description Conduct property tours and show available units to prospective tenants. Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding unit availability, property amenities, and lease terms. Assist with marketing efforts such as online listings, social media posts, and community outreach to attract qualified applicants. Guide applicants through the rental process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. Prepare, review, and explain lease agreements to new tenants, ensuring a clear understanding of terms and conditions. Address tenant concerns and complaints professionally and promptly. Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and maintenance requests. Provide occupancy updates and tenant activity reports to property management. Manage lease renewals, communicate any changes to tenants, and assist with the renewal process. Perform regular inspections of units and common areas to ensure property standards are met. Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely resolution of repair and service requests. Enforce property rules and regulations and take appropriate action when violations occur. Process rent payments and follow up on delinquencies as needed. Position Requirements Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Persuasive and confident in converting inquiries into signed leases. Proficient in property management software and general office applications. High attention to detail, especially in lease documentation and tenant records. Strong problem-solving skills to address tenant concerns and operational issues.
