They seek a CFO with in-depth experience in the accounting practices and processes associated with commodities trading, grain buying and selling and the sale of feed stocks. Develop strong working relationships with the executive team, board of directors, banks, auditors, finance related entities, regulators and other outside consultants In concert with tax consultants develop tax planning strategist that are beneficial for the operation and its shareholders. Manage the enterprise risk management which includes: insurance, credit and collections policies and other financial matters with a focus on loss prevention. Develop and provide financial plans and input to the executive team and the board of directors to allow them to make strategic decision-making opportunities.
