Job Opportunity – Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – South Carolina

Schedule: 36-40 hours per week. Flexible scheduling options include 3×12 or 4×10 shifts. Full-time commitment required – must be available to work 4 weeks per month. Holiday coverage required December 21, 22, 23 and December 28, 29, 30.

Highlights:

• 13-week contract with preference for 6-month extension at a Level III Trauma Center
• Join a large, collaborative department of 70 CRNAs and 15 anesthesiologists working under a Medical Direction Care Team model
• Diverse case mix including general surgery, GYN, orthopedics, urology, and vascular cases across 31 ORs (25 active daily) and 9 non-OR anesthesia sites
• Support approximately 150 anesthetics per day across main OR, ambulatory surgery centers, IR, Cath Lab, EP, OB, and MRI
• Epic EMR system with modern equipment including Glidescopes, Alaris IV pumps, and Draeger anesthesia machines
• Rotation to one of three ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) up to 1-2 times per week
• Adult and geriatric patient population (18+); minimal pediatric cases not assigned to travelers
• Anesthesia tech support available

Requirements:

• Active CRNA board certification
• South Carolina state license or compact license accepted
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum 2-3 years of CRNA experience required
• Epic EMR experience highly preferred
• COVID-19 vaccination required with no exemptions
• Must reside outside 50-mile radius (non-local candidates only)
• Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
