Our client, a manufacturing organization, is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to strengthen financial controls, reporting, planning, cash flow management, and operational finance. Salary is $80-$100k, DOE About Our Client Established manufacturing environment with a strong focus on financial controls and operational performance Collaborative role partnering with finance, operations, and IT stakeholders Committed to continuous improvement across financial systems and procedures Supports quality and compliance initiatives within a fast-paced production setting Opportunity to influence planning, controls, reporting, and process improvement as the Senior Staff Accountant Responsibilities Of The Senior Staff Accountant The Senior Staff Accountant will maintain accurate accounting records, financial reporting, and management information The Senior Staff Accountant will evaluate and improve financial systems, procedures, planning processes, and internal controls Support cash flow management including receivables, collections, payables, and disbursements Partner with operations, finance, and IT teams while supporting audits and compliance requirements Complete required administrative work and support employee performance review processes Preferred Qualifications For The Senior Staff Accountant Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Accounting, Business, or related field Five or more years of industrial accounting experience within manufacturing Experienced with month-end, financial reporting, and GAAP compliance #INSEP2026 Salary is $80-$100k, DOE #J-18808-Ljbffr
