Community Manager

Taylor Management Company is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Community Manager to oversee the management and operations of homeowner associations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering positive community relations, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all governing documents and regulations. Salary is $80-90k Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of assigned communities and maintain strong relationships with homeowners and board members. Prepare and manage community budgets, financial reports, and assessments. Coordinate and oversee maintenance, vendors, and contractors to maintain community standards. Ensure compliance with community policies, covenants, and local regulations. Facilitate and attend board meetings and community events. Address and resolve resident concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years experience in community or property management. Strong understanding of HOA policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software. Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively. Certification such as CMCA or similar is preferred.
