Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of Customer service experience (preferably in a call center environment)
• 1+ years accepted if it was in the insurance space.
• Bachelor's degree/Associates degree in Business Administration or related field (if lacking CSR experience)
• Current P&C license (property and casualty) (San Antonio only)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent conflict resolution skills
• Sales and customer service skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
