Special Equipment: - #Tier1 Travel Compliance Required for submission: Current profile document with finalized RTO, Nursys and/or IEMA pulled within last 30 days, and all current certifications possessed by the traveler. Valid state license *in hand* is mandatory at time of submission. License and/or background hits must be disclosed at time of submission. Please provide a written statement at time of submission. Minimum of one SUPERVISOR reference required at time of submission. Locals accepted at same rate. Client prefers travelers to start within 2-3 weeks maximum of posted start date. Start dates outside of that range are sent to client at AM/CDM discretion earlier start dates are always prioritized. Modules: Modules are not required
