OverviewUI/UX Designer & Developer (Senior) — Work Location: Remote | Employment Type: Full-TimeSMX Pay Rate (High): $76.62/hr | SMX Pay Rate (Low – 5% Reduction): $72.79/hrPosition SummaryThe UI/UX Designer & Developer shall design and implement intuitive, accessible, and consistent user interfaces for enterprise Government systems.Technical & Functional ResponsibilitiesOwns: User research, IA, wireframes, prototypes, interaction patternsAccessibility (WCAG 2.x AA) and usability complianceDesign system/pattern library and dev-ready specsSupportsPartners with Developers for pixel/behavior fidelityProvides UX acceptance criteria; QA validates accessibility/usability against criteriaTechnology RequiredSketch, InVision, Adobe XD; HTML5/CSS3/JavaScriptWorks within Angular/.NET front-end integration and CI/CD workflowRequired QualificationsMinimum 8 years of UI/UX experienceExperience designing enterprise or mission-critical systemsStrong understanding of accessibility standardsEducationBachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related fieldCertificationsUX or accessibility certifications (Preferred)J-18808-Ljbffr SMX Services & Consulting, Inc.
