This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others while working in a supportive and caring environment. About Us Remedy Roads LLC has provided compassionate care for individuals with developmental disabilities in the Omaha area for over 6 years. Our dedicated staff and supportive work environment make us a leading choice for both employees and clients. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care Implement and document individualized support plans Provide emotional support and companionship to residents Assist with meal preparation and household chores Monitor and report changes in residents' behavior or health Requirements Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities Ability to maintain a positive and patient demeanor High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass background checks and drug screening Shifts Mon-Friday, 3 pm to 11 pm; overnight, 11 pm to 8 am. Saturday-Sunday 8 am to 3 pm, 3 pm to 11 pm, and overnight 11 pm to 8 am. #J-18808-Ljbffr Remedy Roads LLC
