Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Position Summary The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for delivering basic patient care under the supervision of nursing staff, supporting patients' comfort and assisting with daily living activities and clinical procedures. Essential Functions Perform basic patient care tasks including bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance. Provide general nursing support such as positioning, lifting, turning, and using special equipment. Assist with toileting needs using bedpans, urinals, commodes, or ambulation to the bathroom. Take and record temperature, pulse, respiration, weight, height, blood pressure, and intake/output measurements accurately and document in a timely manner.
