* Active Maryland cosmetology or barber license

*About the Role* This is a men's haircut-focused salon with a steady flow of clients. You'll work in a clean, organized environment with clear systems, strong support, and a leadership team that values reliability, growth, and respect.
*Your Tips Matter* – Now, thanks to an industry-wide effort championed by Sport Clips, you can deduct up to $25,000 of your tips, keeping more of what you earn. We're proud to support initiatives that put more money back in your pocket.
