A well-established design-build contractor with 20+ years of experience delivering commercial, healthcare, industrial, and residential projects. The organization is known for long-term client relationships, collaborative culture, and a strong focus on quality and safety.

Job Description

Support Project Managers with daily project coordination Assist with schedules, documentation, and subcontractor communication Track budgets, RFIs, submittals, and project reporting Help manage healthcare and amenity construction projects Coordinate with field teams to maintain project progress MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant

1-5 years of construction project experience Strong organizational and communication skills Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Proficient with construction documentation processes Positive attitude and strong culture fit

What's on Offer

Salary: $80,000-$105,000 + bonus + benefits 80% employee healthcare coverage 401(k) and PTO package Every other Friday off
