Retirement Plan Loans Specialist

Seeking a dedicated Retirement Plan Loans Specialist, the fully remote position will manage the inflow of loan and distribution requests, ensure timely processing, and provide exceptional customer service, with a preference for candidates located in the Central and Eastern time zones. Key Responsibilities: Manage inflow of overnight requests and ensure timely processing of loans and distributions Assist participants by navigating vendor websites to approve online requests and run necessary reports Resolve issues related to distribution and loan processing while maintaining relationships with multiple recordkeepers Required Qualifications: Preferred minimum of 2-3 years of experience with retirement plan documents Experience in a high-volume processing environment General understanding of plan document language for proper request handling Familiarity with recordkeepers such as Empower, Voya, and John Hancock is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
