Med/Surg Days RN

Day shift, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, (3) 12-hour shifts weekly. Holiday coverage required.

Minimum years of experience: Less than 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care.
• Perform excellent patient assessments and communicate effectively.
• Maintain accurate documentation and utilize computer systems proficiently.
• Act rapidly and efficiently in emergency situations.
• Function independently while supporting the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
