Job Description

• Develop Individualized Therapy Plans: Assess patient needs and formulate tailored treatment strategies to help them reach their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Methods: Employ evidence-based techniques to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to guarantee holistic and comprehensive care.
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Provide guidance to patients and families on therapy methodologies to facilitate continued progress at home.
• Track Progress and Adapt Treatment: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as required, ensuring patients are on their path to recovery.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Continuing education or post-graduate certifications encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Current active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
