Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our dynamic team in Mequon, WI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process by operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components. Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications and blueprints.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Document production data and report any issues to supervisors.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC operation preferred.
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
