YOUR ROLE

Your role (Description of Position): The Finance Order to Cash (OTC) department is part of Henkel Regional Finance North America. The team is responsible for the overall management of the accounts receivable and credit management processes in conjunction with Henkel's Manila Global Business Solutions center, internal business colleagues and our headquarters in Germany. Our emphasis is reducing financial risk and accounts receivable (AR) balances for a positive impact to cash net working capital. Our position is available at our North America headquarters located in Rocky Hill, CT.

Key Tasks:

• Drive end to end process improvement projects and propose enhancements to increase process efficiency, transparency, governance & compliance using digital tools.
• Track and optimize account receivables & collection activities.
• Gather and analyze data related to customers' overdue balances and identify root-causes for process optimization.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of finance OTC processes and the partnership with sales, business, and marketing.
• Assist with creating and/or updating process documentation for finance OTC processes.

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• Previous internship experiences in the areas of business analysis, accounting, reporting, or related field
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, SAP a plus.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills: ability to gather and analyze data and develop fact-based recommendations resulting from the analysis.
• Demonstrated experience executing tasks and projects with strict deadlines.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude.

The salary for this role is $70,000.00 - $75,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
