Human Resources Analyst

Introduction

The HR Operations team is seeking a centralization analyst team member with the skills and competencies necessary to provide support in the functional areas of a human resources department. This role supports the HR Centralization Team by processing HR transactions for facilities across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) guidelines and internal controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience with an HRIS System; Workday experience strongly preferred
• Strong analytical background with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within HR
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Workday, PeopleSoft, and COGNOS or other reporting tools
• Proficient in the use of the Client Office products
• Manufacturing exposure considered a plus

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Process HR transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, compensation updates, and leaves
• Audit data for accuracy between Workday and the legacy PeopleSoft payroll system
• Return incorrect or incomplete transactions with clear guidance
• Partner with HR, talent teams, and plant-based personnel to resolve questions
• Support mass upload activities (EIB) depending on skill level
• Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive data
