We are seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Wealth Advisor who is passionate about delivering sophisticated financial guidance, deepening client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of the firm. Position Overview The ideal candidate is an established, licensed Wealth Advisor with a strong background in relationship management, business development, and comprehensive financial planning. This individual should possess a consultative approach, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. This role is designed for a seasoned professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is motivated by the opportunity to grow and service a book of business while collaborating alongside an experienced and supportive team. Key Responsibilities Client Advisory & Relationship Management Build, manage, and deepen long-term client relationships through proactive and personalized service Deliver comprehensive wealth management strategies tailored to each client’s financial goals and objectives Provide guidance across retirement planning, investment management, risk management, tax-efficient strategies, and estate planning coordination Partner with external professionals including CPAs, attorneys, and other advisors to deliver holistic financial solutions Maintain a high standard of responsiveness, professionalism, and client care Business Development & Practice Growth Cultivate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, centers of influence, and community engagement Demonstrate a proven ability to develop, grow, and retain a book of business Maintain an entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on long-term relationship management and sustainable growth Contribute to the continued expansion and reputation of the firm Professional Excellence Conduct thorough financial discovery and present strategic recommendations aligned with client objectives Stay current on market trends, investment strategies, and industry developments Maintain a strong commitment to compliance, ethics, and fiduciary responsibility Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless and elevated client experience Embrace accountability, leadership, and continuous professional development Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 5+ years of experience in wealth management, private client advisory, or financial planning Demonstrated success managing and growing client relationships and a book of business Experience working within an independent, entrepreneurial, or growth-oriented advisory environment preferred Active Series 7, 63, 65 or 66 licenses required Active Life, Health, and Variable Insurance licenses required Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills High level of professionalism, business acumen, and emotional intelligence Ability to pass a drug screening, state background check, and federal fingerprinting requirements Core Competencies Relationship Management Business Development Practice Management Strategic Thinking Consultative Communication Retirement Planning Client Experience Excellence Work Environment & Physical Requirements Primarily office-based with regular in-person client meetings and interactions Professional, fast-paced, and collaborative environment Occasional travel for client meetings, conferences, networking events, and firm initiatives Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting, computer use, and phone communication Ability to attend in-person meetings and events Occasional lifting of light materials up to 20 pounds Ability to communicate effectively in both in-person and virtual environments Compensation Salary Range: $90,000 – $150,000 (commensurate with experience) Additional performance-based compensation opportunities Growth and leadership development opportunities 9 paid company holidays Flexible scheduling for personal appointments 10 days of Paid Time Off 401(k) with dollar-for-dollar match up to 4% Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) Life Insurance Maternity & Paternity Leave Observed Holidays New Year’s Day Good Friday Memorial Day Independence Day Thanksgiving Day Day after Thanksgiving Christmas Eve Christmas Day New Year’s Eve Monday–Friday (Daylight hours) Occasional evenings/weekends for client events and networking In-person role (Hybrid not available) Location Requirement Export, PA 15632 – Candidates must be able to relocate prior to start.
