Assist with drafting, preparing, and filing legal documents such as pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence. Perform state and federal court filings and coordinate service of process. Calendar deadlines and track litigation timelines to ensure compliance with court rules. Organize, maintain, and update electronic and physical case files. Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors. Handle general administrative support related to active litigation matters. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required (Paralegal Certificate is a plus). Litigation experience required — internships, externships, or entry‑level law firm experience acceptable. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with legal software or case management systems preferred. Reliable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, onsite environment.
