About the Position
TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Portales, New Mexico, 88130!
Job Title: Emergency Room Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Nurse Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 36 hours Experience: Minimum 5 years License: Active RN License required Certifications: BLS and ACLS required Must-Have: - Strong triage skills - Ability to communicate effectively with healthcare team Description: Rural acute care hospital emergency room nurse night shift with occasional charge shifts. Provide direct and indirect patient care in the emergency care setting. Deliver care that demonstrates initiative, flexibility, and responsibility. Work with minimal supervision. Demonstrate the ability to triage safely, rapidly, and accurately. Determine priorities of care based on physical and psychosocial needs. Consider factors influencing patient flow through the system. Communicate with emergency department physicians about changes in patient status. Report on symptomatology and results of diagnostic studies. Demonstrate the ability to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Holiday coverage required. About Cynet Health
