Member Service Associate (Teller)

Member Service AssociateRedwood Credit Union is looking for a Full Time Member Service Associate who will be responsible for performing routine teller work, provides excellent member service, and contributes to the success of the branch by selling and referring Credit Union products. As the face of the organization, this position serves as a critical role by providing exceptional service to all credit union and community members, volunteers, team members, and service providers.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Service:Provide exceptional member service to all Members, volunteers, internal employees, and service providers.Explain products and services to Members to meet their needs. Cross-sells RCU, RCU Investment Services, RCU Insurance Services and RCU Auto Services products and services.Establish basic products and services for Members.Provide information to Members' questions or directs them to the appropriate person or department for assistance.Safeguard Member information and ensure confidentiality by following established policy and procedures.Transactions:Complete Members' transactions accurately and efficiently using established policies and procedures.Balance cash, checks, and maintain proper documentation.Teamwork and Other Functions:Attend and contribute to departmental meetings.Perform branch opening and closing duties.Perform other duties as assigned.Complete orders for Credit Union forms and supplies.Participate in Credit Union committees.Join us and discover why you'll love working at Redwood Credit Union!About Redwood Credit Union (RCU):At Redwood Credit Union, our mission is to passionately serve the best interests of our Members and communities. (This position is also eligible for a 15% Geographical Differential)Our base salary starting range is based on scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal peer equity.
