As an Applebee’s Cook you will create menu items that keep guests coming back. You must be a great communicator, work as part of a fast‑paced team, and enjoy teamwork. You must be at least 18 years old, communicate effectively, and be committed to making an impact. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items to company standards. Work collaboratively with the kitchen and dining staff. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment. Follow company health and safety protocols. Qualifications & Requirements Age 18 or older. Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team environment. Physical ability to stand for up to 4 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, and use small tools. Ability to wear hand and face protective coverings, wash hands regularly, and work with disinfectant cleaning supplies. Physical Standards Remain stationary for up to four (4) hours in a hot, damp environment. Safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Maintain clear speech and attentive listening, and use finger and hand dexterity for small tools. Wear protective hand covering and face covering throughout the shift, and wash hands with disinfecting soap regularly.
